Connection and trust are important aspects in creating a therapeutic relationship. Authenticity, warmth, directness, compassion, and personal life experience are traits that I bring into our sessions. I have the knowledge, skills, and training to support clients therapeutically. I look beyond the surface and sensitively attend to tender wounds that come with life’s challenges.

I see therapy as a practice of self-awareness and evolution.

You can’t change what you don’t see — and most of what drives us operates below our conscious awareness.

Seeing Yourself Clearly Is Where Real Change Begins

I’ve worked with individuals and couples who feel stuck in the same emotional patterns — reacting, defending, or disconnecting — even when they want something different. I help clients slow down, notice what’s happening inside, and discover new ways of relating — to themselves and to others.

Health and well-being are not merely concepts I suggest to others; they are practices I incorporate into my daily life. I prioritize my mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health through consistent exercise, yoga, meditation, healthy eating, and immersing myself in nature. Additionally, I cherish quality time spent with my husband, family, and friends, and I travel to the beach or mountains as often as possible for rejuvenation and connection.
